Experience in planning, monitoring and preparation of quantities for billing, claims, escalation etc. Material management and scheduling is a must. Ability to understand drawings, calculate the quantities or completion times is a pre-requisite. Knowledge of MS-Project, AutoCAD, Auto Plotter and Road Estimator will be an advantage. (Manager/Dy. Manager should have fair knowledge of contract conditions of MORST & H/FIDIC).
